Certificates are emailed to the address on your Coptrz Academy account.
It hasn't arrived
Check your spam folder, then check which email address is on your account. If a colleague booked the course, the certificate may well have gone to them.
For GVC, the certificate is issued within 5 working days of passing your flight test, but only once your Operations Manual has been approved. You need another copy
Email [email protected] with your full name as it appears on the certificate, the qualification and roughly when you took it, and the email address on your training account. We'll find the record and send a copy over.
The name on it is wrong
This usually traces back to a course bought under a colleague's details, so the account carried the wrong name through to the certificate. Tell us the name exactly as it should read and we'll arrange a corrected one.

Your employer needs a copy
Forward them the certificate email, or ask us for a copy using the details above. If it needs to go to them directly, tell us the address and we'll send it.
