Your order goes through three stages.
First it's confirmed, and you'll get an order confirmation. If you're an account customer you'll also get a proforma invoice.
Then it's allocated. That's when stock is assigned to your order, and where we don't hold the item, it's the point we get a lead time back from the manufacturer.
Then it's dispatched, and you'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking.
Anything we hold in stock goes out the same working day if you order before 12:30pm. Aircraft, payloads and software licences are usually built or allocated to order, so they take longer. We'll confirm a date once we have one.
If your order is on backorder we'll send you a weekly update on where it stands, so you shouldn't need to chase us. If a date we've given you moves, we'll get in touch.
Want to know sooner? Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll come back with the current status and expected dispatch date.
There's more on lead times and backorders in Lead times, pre-orders and backorders explained.
