How do I get a quote?

What to include when requesting a quote so we can price it accurately first time, and how quotes work for public sector and framework buyers.

Email [email protected] or call 0330 111 7177. The more of the below you can tell us, the fewer emails it takes to get you a firm price.

  • What you're trying to do. The job matters more than the model, because roof inspections, thermal surveys, confined space work, mapping and search all point at different kit.

  • The products, if you already know them. Aircraft, payloads, batteries, cases, software, accessories.

  • Quantities, and whether you want spares or a second set of batteries.

  • Whether any pilots need qualifying, and whether you want onboarding or a support package.

  • Your organisation and billing details, including whether a purchase order number has to appear on the invoice.

  • When you need it in service, and whether budget has to be committed by a particular date.

If you're not sure what you need, that's fine. Tell us the problem you're solving and we'll put together options at a few different price points rather than guessing at one.

Validity and lead times

Quotes show the price and expected lead time as at the date they're issued. Manufacturer pricing and availability both move, so if a quote has been sitting for a while, ask us to refresh it before raising the order. See Lead times, pre-orders and backorders explained.

Public sector and framework buyers

Tell us at the start if you're buying through a framework, or need the quote in a particular format, with specific reference numbers, or with supplier documentation attached. It's much quicker to build that in than to reissue afterwards.

VAT and delivery

Quotes are exclusive of VAT unless we've said otherwise. If you hold a VAT exemption, see I have a VAT exemption, how can I apply this to my order? Delivery charges are covered in How much is delivery?
