This one applies to consumer purchases only. If you bought in the course of a business, trade or profession, including public sector and not-for-profit organisations, the cooling off period doesn't apply to you. If you're buying for personal use and you're in the UK or the EU, you have a "cooling off" period. It lets you cancel your contract with us for any reason.
When it starts
As soon as your order is complete and we've sent your dispatch confirmation. That's the point the contract between you and Coptrz is formed.
When it ends
For a single delivery, whether that's one item or several, 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods.
For deliveries arriving in instalments on different days, 14 calendar days after the day the final instalment arrives.
For orders involving regular delivery over a set period, 14 calendar days after the day the first delivery arrives.
How to cancel
Tell us within that period, either by emailing [email protected] or by calling 0330 111 7177. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back, and we'll refund you within 14 days of receiving them, including the standard delivery cost you paid.
