For the conversion course we need to confirm that you hold a valid GVC and that your CAA registration is current. Please have the following ready to upload:
Your current GVC certificate — it must still be valid at the time of booking
A valid Flyer ID — in the same name you are taking the course under
Proof of identity — a driving licence or passport
If your GVC certificate shows an old Flyer ID, please provide both your current Flyer ID and proof of the old one, such as your original CAA registration email.
You do not need an Operator ID to begin the course, and you do not need an Operations Manual or an Operational Authorisation. You will need those before you carry out operational flights in the Specific Category.
