Yes. Even where your company already holds an approved Operations Manual, we review it as part of the GVC course, so we can be sure it is current and still meets CAA requirements before your certificate is issued.
If you are on a GVC course
The Operations Manual review is included. There is no additional charge. An expert from Coptrz will review your manual, identify anything that needs amending, and give you detailed notes so you can make the changes.
Email your most up-to-date Operations Manual to [email protected] and allow up to five working days for the review.
Your certificate cannot be finalised until the manual is approved, so the sooner you send it the better.
If you are not on a GVC course
The RPC-L1 course does not include an Operations Manual review, and neither does a standalone booking.
We offer the review as a separate service priced at £125 + VAT. It is worth considering if you want your manual checked against current regulations, whether or not you are training with us.
How the paid review works
Confirm to us that you would like the Operations Manual Review service.
We will send you an invoice for the service fee.
Once payment is received, email your most up-to-date Operations Manual to [email protected].
Allow up to five working days for the review to be completed.
You will receive your manual back with notes on any required amendments.
