Once your order has been shipped, you should receive your tracking information automatically from DPD by email and text message.
Please note, if your tracking link does not work straight away, this may simply mean your parcel has not yet been collected by DPD. Once DPD have picked it up and scanned it into their network, the tracking information should become active.
If you do not receive anything directly from DPD, please contact our Customer Services team by email or phone, and we’ll be happy to send the tracking details over to you.
